As a Senior Software Engineer in Platform, you will be delivering new services, simplifying integrations and building core parts of the system that will be reused by all products in NEOGOV.

 

What You Will do

 

  • 100% of the time you will be involved with hands on development, implementation, troubleshooting and focus on architecture & design, planning.
  • Develop and test your own code with heavy focus on automation
  • Collaborate with product, project & design teams in the planning of work
  • Leverage AI tools like Claude Code for efficient delivery of high-quality products
  • Be a role model for design reviews, code and test cases
  • Work closely with several engineering leaders across the org to ensure their Products’ vision and that of Platform’s align well

What You Have:

  • 6+ years of professional experience in developing Web Applications using C#, .NET, SQL
  • Proficiency in HTML5 and JavaScript.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical work experience.
  • Experience in Platform teams building Shared services and driving unification.

Highly Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with AWS and Angular 18+
  • Expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) frameworks and protocols including OIDC and SAML
  • Experience with MCP and Agentic AI workflows.
  • Familiarity with coding agents, such as Claude Code, Cursor or GitHub Copilot.
